StratCom and leadership: Adapting to a new challenge

I am privileged to be a Senior Research Fellow at the British Army's Centre for Army Leadership (CAL). As part of that they have just published on their Leadership Insights site an article (No 35) I have written on StratCom and Leadership. See below links to it.

My premise for writing it was that in so-called 'hybrid' or 'grey zone' conflict and in this era of constant competition, the role of StratCom is critical, but are we prepared for the challenge? Senior leaderships often highlight it, but have we adapted our training, education and processes to implement the changes that are needed? My take on what needs to be done.
